Happy New Year to all.
We need a service such as "Boatmail" which we use for 90% of the usual busines
DVLA Insurance and Bank being of particular interest in this forum.
We have been using them (ie Boatmail) for 3 years and have been very happy with the service/arrangement
However the business has changed hands and so a new address needs to be registered with 12 agencies (and the like).
BEFORE I do the changes I am interested in comparing with other companies who offer the same or very similar service
Changing our address is a pain (to say the least) so whilst reliability and service at sensible costs are most important..
I hope to find an address that will be "permanent"
Who do others use ?
I shy away from using a friend or relative and I am quite content to pay up
But as members/fulltimers will know
a "UK Street address" for DVLA and insurance is needed a PO Box is no good
The boatmail service would open all letters and either Scan and email or in very few cases forward to a UK Post Office (Poste Restante)
Or indeed to Thailand.
It may well be that I continue to use boatmail but it is sensible to consider others at this time of change.
Thanks
Phil & Nida
PS the only thing that never changes is "that things are always changing !"
