Bluetooth Phone Radio Volume

We have a 2019 Fiat Ducato camper, when I use the hands free phone on Bluetooth I have to turn the volume all the way up to hear it. This means at the end of the call I have to quickly turn the volume down or get blasted at full volume. Is there anyway to set the default volume for phone calls? I have tried going through the settings but can't find anything, it is something I only use occasionally if I'm on my own in the van.

The volume of your calls or playing music etc using Bluetooth is controlled not only from the vehicle, but also the phone. It sounds like your volume setting on your phone is set to low which means you are having to compensate by increasing volume on your vehicle media system.

Noticed volume on phone wasn't full on so I'll see if it's any better.

I had exactly the same problem and, even with the sound up on the phone, couldn't hear calls properly until I adjusted volume in van each time. Got used to it now but if you find a solution, please post as it is irritating!
