blanks for cycle rack

Hello,

considering removing fiamma bike rack , as we have purchased one for the tow bar . are there any blanks that you can get for the holes left from the bolts and where from

If you remove the rack but leave the plates on you would be able to use these and by leaving the plates on run no risk of water ingress.
