Best data only sim option for Portugal?

We are travelling via Bilbao in march over to Portugal, we will probably spend or time 50-50 between Spain and Portugal ( 5 weeks in total)
In France I’ve used the reglo sim and Spain I’ve used the tiekom sim, both have been great.
The tiekom only gives you 50gb tho if you are out of Spain and the reglo you can only buy once in France.
Can anyone suggest a sim that would be good for both Spain and Portugal please?

I used a movistar SIM before Christmas at around €20 for280gb
I can't find anywhere that says you are restricted in Portugal. The lady in the shop said it was good for the EU
If this didn't work I was going to try NOS mobile which is Portuguese and had some good deals. Shops in all main cities

I googled Movistar Shops.

I used it last November and I have recharged 300gb of data for €20 on line today

Have any of you lot thought of the ryoko router which can handle up to 10 devices, im looking into this, lot cheaper than my home unit and i can take it in the van, saves paying for home router and data on 4 mobiles we have.

I would have done this with my netgear nighthawk and done away with home broadband but the signal where we are is shite

Think they do physical Sims too. We bought one in Spain last year.

We are out in the sticks so unfortunately none of the networks are much good.
