Hi,
Hope someone can help.
Whilst checking my tyre pressures I discovered that the power lead wouldn't stretch from the cabin cigar socket to the rear tyre. No problem I thought, I will just use the 12v socket in the TV cabinet. Bad move, as I think that I have blown the fuse for that 12v socket. I have now searched in vain but cannot find the fuse box that holds the fuse for that 12v socket.
Does anyone know where the fuse box is located for a 2005 Bessacarr e435?

Would've thought in the cab fuse box ,do you have a manual ? Or even on the fuse box cover there's usually emblems showing ,side ,head, ind, cigar etc sorry can't help more

Maybe worth a look if you don't find a fuse in the fuse box I found one that had a inline fuse behind the socket may have been retro fitted to protect TV by a previous owner.

Thanks, I have checked the Fiat ducato manual and have located all the fuse panels for the van but still cannot locate a seperate fuse box for the habitation electrics. The Bessacarr manual has a useful wiring diagram but unfortunately doesn't tell you where the fusebox is located?

So is the tv 12v socket seperate to the other 12v sockets in the cab area ?
My present pvc and previous Swift had all the hab side fuses and trips on the Sargent units. I assume this is not the case with your vehicle.

Don't know about your particular van but on our Hymer the fuses were all mounted on the Electroblok which was under the passenger seat.

Cheers

where are you Bryce, perhaps a switched on member could give it a coat of looking at with you sometimes two heads are better than one, i am virginia water if you are anywhere near, used own the bessacar 435 from new in 2006 but can't remember where fuses were, is the tv near the wardrobe or on the sideboard i seem to remember fuses under the wood panel at the bottom of the wardrobe, Andy

Thanks everyone, I am pleased to report - Panic Over.
I managed to find the fuse box, which was located in the most obvious place, on the rear wall of the wardrobe.
Fuse replaced, socket working, happy banana.
