We're passing through Belgium next summer, aside from the St Sixtus brewery, anyone have any must visit places?

Menin Gate in Ypres is really worth a visit, the last post ceremony has been held every evening at 2000hrs since WW1, its very moving.

The only bits of Belgium that I ever linger in are Bruges (wonderful medieval town centre) and the Ardennes on the border with Luxembourg. Jen goes for the chocolate and the puddings; I go for the beer - and then we move on to France! Happy travels

We stayed on a campsite a short bus ride from the centre of Gwent, a nice city with trams and canals

Did you mean to say Ghent? I think that Gwent is in Wales!
