Ducking and diving, check with DVLA who is the registered keeper although if Judgement has been entered, the Baillifs will just go for the Company named on the Judgement.

well his application to set the judgement aside was thrown out and we successfully applied for additional costs of £60 the payment was due within 7 days but i dont expect it's arrived yet. We are thinking about bailiff action as our next step although he insists he rather than Avondale owns the vans... but we'll see we've got so far why would we stop now it's getting to be a matter of principle.

Keep on going, you will get him in the end. He is a weasel.
