I'm just in the process of fitting 3 new leisure batteries and trying to find some decent connectors to the battery terminals. Can anyone recommend some quality connectors. It's the standard round post fitting but the positive connector has to accept 2 large diameter cables from the van 12v and an inverter. Some piggy back terminals on the connector would also be useful for the auxiliary circuits.

I use these to connect the batteries together. I use 50mm csa cable with crimped ends.

Positive & Negative Zinc Alloy Coated Replacement Car / Marine Battery Terminals ,Clamp / Electric Connectors Converts Battery Post To M8 Nut: Amazon.co.uk: Car & Motorbike

Then they are connected to the fuse, all of the positive circuits should be connected to the fuse.

DIGITEN Car Auto Stereo Audio Inline ANL Holder 0 2 4 Gauge+300A Amp Gold Plated Fuse: Amazon.co.uk: Car & Motorbike

And the main connection come from the fuse (then fused down to smaller fuses).

As you have NASA BM-1, all the negative connections must be made there and not at the batteries. (I am sure you know that)

These are good as you can disconnect without removing the terminal.
ebay 261977967495 i use them in boats.

Just a word of warning . I Bought some of the 1st ones listed in mistericemans post and they wouldn't tighten up onto the round post on Trojan batteries. They were slightly too big on the clamping hole.

I used the same 8mm post ones as admin. Rather than put lots of connections on the battery terminal, I take one cable to a junction box
Battery Cable Junction Box Two Stud and connect all the cables there. It is easier to get at and it keeps the battery area clear.

Prob with these is a spanner is required which you can never find when wanted,i do also use the quick snap batt connectors which are fine if a large current is not required like using a inverter, normal led lights/toilet flush/tv etc are ok and never mind the folk that rubbish them as i have done umpteen jobs and never any back.£3.50 a pair ebay.
