Sad times, happy times. Just put down deposit on a 2001 Hymer but will be sad to wave goodbye to our first baby, a McLouis. It's done us proud as a first mh for the past 4 summers. The hymer does not have an awning - do we bite the bullet and put one on or go without. What's the opinion, is it a must have or not?
we've had our current van for 3 years now and it does not have an awning. I have talked about getting one fitted over the years but never got round to it. The more wilding we do, the less we would use it anyway so havn't really missed one. It would have been good to have one while we were in France this year but that was only for 2 weeks and I can't see the point just for a 2 week trip to France.
