Avtex tv going rogue

When i move sites and re-tune the tv has begun to re-tune obscure stations first, like, where bbc was on position 1 it’s now 97 or similar and the first page of stations are like ‘yesterday,quest etc’, has it developed a fault or do i have to put up with it?

Mine does the same but it depends on how strong the signal is if for example
Channel 1 is bbc1
Channel 2 is bbc2
Channel 3 is ITV
If they pixelate or are not clear the the tv finds a better channel further up the numbers but mine only does this in rubbish signal areas hope this makes sence

I've never encountered this. Have you phoned Avtex technical support?

Our TV did this a few months back. I called Avtex support who were great. It one of the buttons on the control been caught. It's basically a press of the button to correct it. Unfortunately I can't remember which one it was. Give them a call it will be sorted in a few seconds.

It's the "TV" button above the green button at the bottom.
