Autotrail control panel

Hi, please can anyone help me with a technical problem.
I have an autotrail Apache 2006 and am having problems with the control panel. It's a Sargent AC90
When I switch it on just on battery power I can have all the lights on and the 12v sockets work but the water pump won't come on and when I switch on the battery level and water tank level it shows nothing. Even though the water tank is full and I know the battery is fine as I have checked it. I have also checked the battery feed to the control panel and this is fine.
If I am using electric hookup the problem is just the same, so it appears there is some fault at the control panel but I am really not sure what to do now.
I have also tested the water pump with a battery feed by bypassing the control panel 'on' switch and it is working, so I know it's not the water pump.
Help please.

Fuses

Do you know if the pump and level meters share a common fuse?

Try fuse 2 Water System and Toilet

..

The sensors seem to be fed directly from the control panel. Fault could also be the negative from the control panel not making a good contact. I would check the fuses then the connector.

Cannot tell you what's up with your 12volt, but can tell you who can fix it........apluljack engineering, the stables business park, rooks bridge (near Brent knowle,) Somerset. Both the control panel and it's receiving PC. Somewhere else in van may need to come out, and send to repairers. Van can still be used without 12v amenities. Probable cost around £200 ........Steve bristol
