. I know. We came back from the site in early November and the weather really hasn't been conducive to getting it done.
Story update. So we went to the caravan dealer today, Saturday), and they backed out of taking it further. Because we wanted 22K for our van and the caravan was 24, they said there wan't enough cash in the deal for them to be interested. They said if we reduced the price to 17K and took out a finance loan to make up the 7K difference then they would consider it! We smiled nice and walked away! There We Are Then! We've decided we will still sell the motorhome privately and go to another caravan shop with the cash, so if anyone is thinking about it, there isn't a rush anymore, so you can think for a little longer and not be rushed.
