Just come back from a trip and the toilet floor led light is permanently on even with the control panel off
Any ideas how to turn this light off??
Ive had the motorhome for 3 years and didn't even know there was a light there it had turned itself on during the trip.

Good morning
The rocker switch should be under the lockers drivers side front near the reading light.

I would replace the switch and fit a PIR in the toilet, as you go in light comes on and off when you go out,
Very simple, I have also fitted it to turn on the SOG fan as you enter so one less thing to remember in the middle of the night,

This caught me out with my Dakota too ...

The lights below the door came on, but I had no idea why!

It turns out I had reached for the rocker switch for the spotlight behind the driver's seat, and found the bathroom door light switch by mistake. It took quite a while to figure it out!

And the reason they put a light in the w/c floor ???
Are you sure your van is the right way up :yeahthat:

I still can't find the switch?. I have a bed above the drivers seat not the locker?

It's usually next to the reading lights mounted under the locker that houses the sargent fuse box above the seats that pull out to make a bed

My rapido 990 has three lights I have only once seen illuminated, all near the floor, one on the entrance step one on the step into bedroom and one on the floor in the lounge, I did loads of research and found out only by taking one apart they are 240v and only come on when hooked up to mains and you have to unlock the central locking for them to come on, and they go out when curtesy lights do, bloody waste of time for a wild camper that never uses hook up, all that extra fuel used up carrying them around that must equal a pint by now

Hi Thanks for all the replies, I have found it!! it was next to the spotlight like you said underneath the mains box locker...DOH!
