Found what appears to be road spray entering a small vent in a cupboard under the cooker. That's first impression though the fresh water tank is just front of the area. Any thoughts appreciated. Going to have a good ratch tomorrow as to the problem. Drain the fresh water tank first.

Panic over

Upon inspection this morning found that the floor vent does not have an exterior cover. Road spray getting in from rear nearside wheel. Daft place to put a vent. How do you delete a thread that you have started ??

Make a Plastic or Aluminium deflector plate Dont block the vent

Hooded cowl

Thanks Alf. Off to the hardware shop today for a hooded cowl and adhesive, also sealant for the shower area. Will get on with interior jobs - parked into the wind awaiting storm Abigail.
