In the description on youtube and in the go fund me story it says she saw the bottle full of liquid on the dash with a cloth coming out of it but surely the whole point of a molatov cocktail is it smashes and the liquid goes all over and burns?

Seems to be plenty of reporting about the incident. However, there does seem to be inconsistences about the date it occurred.
