Attempted break in or stress ?

Just noticed this crazing around the bottom catches on sliding door window .
Not sure of cause or , even , cure ?

I'd go with stress ....
There is,no such thing as an "attempted" break in on a plastic window in my experience .

Stress, all our have similar, there is a lot of pressure on them when driving, wind when parked etc.
