Astex L168DRS Satellite Channel update

I have not used the satellite option for a while, the last time I couldn't get some of the channels or they didn't have sound.
In have tried setting it up to refresh the channels as in the handbook but can only get a few channels or lots of the same.
A year or two back I had the same problem and it was suggested I put in a certain code and it worked, I can't remember the code or how I went about it
Anyone know how I would go about this again

There is a software update for this model on their website, so you might want to investigate that first. https://www.avtex.co.uk/download-centre Then download the file for updating the channel list. https://www.avtex.co.uk/channel-list
If all else fails, contact Avtex Service at service1@avtex.co.uk specifying your model number.
