Are diesel pumps running dry?

Don't hunt out cheap fuel but think Plenoil is the go to place ?
 
Food prices have steadily been increasing for around 18 months but nobody has started a thread about it, even now when some prices have almost doubled. I don't mind the temporary increase in fuel because the action in the Middle East will stop the slaughter of civilians by a dreadful regime (which could easily do great harm to us) and give the people their freedom back again.
 
I have just called in at Asda and fiiled up with petrol 2.5ltr @ £1.30pltr and there was a pickup in filling a 1000ltr IBC with diesel.

Rather annoying that my motorhome is sat out front nearly empty. :(

On the plus side though. My little honda does 130 mpg. :D
 
£1.59 diesel in Barnard Castle today. I think Petrol was 20p cheaper. Looks like we are heading back to where it got to when Putin invaded Ukraine. I think I remember paying £2 a litre then for diesel. I suspect it will all be for nothing as well.
 
Filled mine a week ago as soon as this started at £1.42 for Diesel. Today passed one garage at £1.69

We are on holiday for the next 2 weeks so won't be driving at all. I would love for it ll to be resolved by the time we get back but not got much expectation of that.
