I currently have an iPod and and Iphone which I use for the forum.
I don't use android or pc.

I will be getting an Apple Mac soon will I be able to view the pois on this as well.
If not this seems unfair, as android and pc users can use four devices but apple users only two.

Is there anyway that some kind of dispensation can be arranged if the mac is not classed as a computer, which it actually is.

I'm hoping to get rid of computer soon and get an Apple Mac - already have phone and iPad so it'll be interesting to see what result is.
 
I didn't know they could use four, why is this. I have apple phone and iPad that I use does this mean that I can also put it on my computer which is not apple?

You can use 2 Apple IOS devices (apps)
You can use 2 Android devices (apps)

We do not use the PC downloader anymore.

Use of the POI data on OSX (mac), Linux or Windows does not require activation.

My POI Download page says ....................

You have 0 Apple Devices registered out of 4 allowed

You have 2 Andriod Devices registered out of 2 allowed

You have 0 computers registered out of 2 allowed


Is this correct ?

Maybe we have unearthed The Great Device Conspiracy of 2017 that will go down in the annals of history :scared:
 
My allowances show two each of apple, android and computer which I assume to be a pc.
I only use the two allocated to apple.
My point is say I have an iPhone and an iPad but use a pc I can have the files on all three.
But if I only use apple on three machines I cannot do the same.

Sorry if this seems pedantic, but it seems unfair.
Would it not be simpler simply to say you can only have them downloaded on a specific amount of varied machines of your choice rather this way of doing things.
 
The whole POI system is about to revamped so this will be an issue no longer.

in the meantime you can use your two Apple iOS devices and Apple Mac without any problems.
