Anybody seen spring yet ?

Global warming-up today :eek:
- ferries stuck in ice between Stockholm and Finland
- roads and trains blocked in southern France
- roads through Pyrenees between France and Spain blocked with snow
- 15 cm snow in Barcelona
- alpine skieing possible in Belgian Ardennes
- .....
What's going on :confused: Global warming-up (no thanks Mr Gore :rolleyes:)
or a new ice-age coming up ?:eek:
a warm wilding for every-one ;):D
 
It must be the first day of Spring today because one of my dogs brought her ball and would not give me any peace until I went on the front lawn and played football with her.

Whippets do not like the cold so she must know that Winter is over. :D
 
Hi, On a smug note to those who have had it rough & deep. Down here in sunny! Dorset we ain't not seen no snow all winter, at least not in the Bournemouth area. Even the time spent in the midlands just after Christmas - 10 feet promised - nowt turned up. Quite a let down really.

Global warming only exists in the minds of scientists to justify their government funded research posts, and MP's to justify the imposition of new taxes on the common hordes, :rolleyes: otherwise known as PBT's, ( Poor B****y Taxpayers ). :eek:

Morning Leo, You be correct in your assumption. Even my sister in Florida has been whingeing for weeks that Tampa is the coldest she can remember for 30 years.

The sun is out here in Portugal real nice day it looks just like spring time come at last . Have a good day every one and keep smiling Bob.
 
Aye I think spring is here, I'm starting to get that urge to club wor lass and drag her back into the cave by her hair again.;):D

the lambs are plentifull down here in wales (dont know who humped the sheep down here ) :eek::D but dont rabbits go for it all the time
 
i've seen daffodills in bloom last week.
the primroses are out with awhile.

A barmy 10 degrees and sunny in Teesdale today! Felt flipping tropical after months of being in Siberian climate!
 
Weather here at Estarreja, Portugal nice & sunny again today. Suprised the other morning though :eek: when I was taking the dish off the roof there was ice on it :eek:. Also the frost alarm on the outside sensor of thermometer I fitted went off about 6 am. Don't mind it a bit cool as long as the rain & wind stops.

Not at today's rate - but many bucks became temporarily sterile over the winter due to the cold!
 
Spring is Here

Saw some daffodils in bloom today - well we are in Peniscola and some days the wind's been b--- cold. Ready to get home soon to get to Barnsley Easter Folk Weekend
