Another weekend problem

I have a Fiamma awning with this issue, when the awning is fully out ,noting the position of the cantilever braces, which are fully extended, the actual canopy (canvas) still seems slack .
Is it possible to retension the canvas to take up any slack, its just to me I just seems floppy.
my guess is that it must be near where the cranked handle goes ?????

I wind ours out fully, arms out and canvas flapping, then wind back a tad and the canvas tightens, for us anyway it works

Have you fitted the central strut? Once that is locked in place, then you can tension the fabric with the winder.

Without the central strut, the end arms will just fold.
