Another one pan special...

This is a bit different ,because literally cooked from what was kicking about.

Couple of Steak/Beef Burgers.
Tinned potatoes
Tinned peas
Sachet of peppercorn sauce mix
Fresh baby button mushrooms.

All I did was start the burgers off, and place under a grill once 98% cooked to keep warm

Same pan,, sauted the potatoes after slicing along with the mushrooms and garliccloves finely chopped., A liberal sprinkling of Herb de Provence.

Served up and made the peppercorn sauce by adding hot water.

small saucepan re heated the tinned peas.( bit of a mistake hate tinned peas but opened them mistaenly thinking they were potatoes)

It won't be winning any awards ,but surprisingly tasty

Hi Freddie this is another one pot special, I am sure I did the recipe a few months ago...it is a keema bhuna. This is made from scratch, minced lamb onion fresh ginger garlic chillis tomatoes coriander and spiced up
