Hi Olivia, Its not an impossible dream. Wife & I not long retired, and we have bought a M/H - infact the answer-phone is working overtime as we are away so often. The 'nomad' life is great, we have met so many friendly people motorhomers & caravanners in all different parts of the UK, and
all have been helpful with practical help and advice when I have required it.
We are Youth Hostel Members ( been for years), which is also handy if wild camping for few nites and you want a shower etc and also a bit of company, then you can book into a hostel for a nite ( even in Europe ).
So go for it girl, we thoroughly enjoy - you only live once.
