We returned a basic firestick and bought a bigger capacity one. In return Amazon have given us a £3 gift voucher and a 20% discount on the new item. Ok not massive numbers but one less bit of tech we no longer want and a new and better stick for the van. In my book it's a win.

Well glad it went well for you but we traded in a old fire tablet and got offered 20% off a new one so we went ahead the new one got as close to us as our main Post Office and we got a message the PO returned it as wrong address so was returned. When we took it up with Amazon they said as we'd used the discount once we couldn't use it again so they got our tablet we got a 10% voucher . Still now it we buy from Amazon now every order is a day apart an separate where as before we'd wait to make it worth their while delivering
