Hi all.My Adrias last problem. Press the central locking button, it arms indicators flash doors lock. Im now a tea leaf and decide to break in. Open the hab door, lights flash immobilsor on but no sound. The alarm works but the siren doesnt. Now the fun bit.

I took it to the local Adria dealer and despie it being under warranty they said they cant fix it and to take it to a auto electriciain. But its under bloody warranty! Im emailing th Adria dealer i bought it from for a responc

If the alarm was a factory fit then it's an Adria problem. If the alarm was fitted by the Dealer you bought the vehicle from and the vehicle is under a year old then it is the ORIGINAL Dealers problem. Chances are the alarm was not fitted in the factory they seem to be a Dealer add on. If you had bought it from your local Dealer then he would have fixed it.

You might find that it is just a code that needs entering. I have an Autowatch system and you can stop the siren by changing one of the flags in setup.

Have you ever heard the alarm go off on van - if you haven't how do you know it was actually working in first place - i've not actually intentionally tried to set one off i've always assumed it works

Hi all, yes the alarm used to work fine. Now it appears that it arms, the central locking works, it detects an open hab door, lights flash but no sound. The Adria dealer confirmed its a dealer fit so im emailing them now.

Have you checked the siren is not turned off
On a lot of them there's a key the turns the siren on/off on the unit it's self ,just a thought
Have you a operating manual you can look at you can also deactivate sires through the fob ,if you have no manual but know the system model google it and download pdf files

I had the same thing happen on our last van it was just the siren that had given up, so I just bought another siren which are quite cheap and just swapped it 10 min of a job
