I had a Phantom system on my last c class which was excellent.
I was insured with Caravan Gaurd and requested a list from them of approved companies / systems.

I will either stay with them or move to “outsmart the thief”.
OTT do a system including immobiliser for £749 and charge only £99 a year.
Phantom are a good bit more expensive, but do offer a lifetimes monitoring for £499. As Wildebus states OTT get great reviews Obanboy.

I too have Phantom alarm, tracker and isolator to satisfy insurer (Comfort). Been good so far. Some occasional problems in areas with no phone signal where alerts come late, but that would be the case I think with any system using mobile networks. Most false alerts have been down to me forgetting to activate the zapper on the isolator, which can be a bit quirky. Their control centre is on the ball UK and Europe, and any issues promptly and patiently sorted out by a very patient and helpful engineer over the phone. If ordering for an A Class do be clear about how many sensors you are getting.

I had to call the AA out today because I’d locked myself out of my Vampercan. To my horror it took him under 3 minutes to open it with a lock pick. So my advice is not to skimp and get a good one that responds to movement.

We had a Transit based Burstner nicked off our drive. Replaced it with a PVC and fortunately after purchasing found out was already equipped with an Outsmart the Thief unit. £100 a yr sub, cant fault it or the company.
