It`s that time of year again, motorhome insurance renewal so i always ring round a few other companies to make sure i`m getting a good price for my required policy.
AIB for the 3rd and final time have done it again to me, promised to phone me straight back and nowt, nothing, bugger all
They`ve done this to me twice before but like a fool i thought i`d give them 1 more try.
So, if they can`t be bothered to ring me back then i can`t be bothered giving them my money and i will never ever phone them again.

I was with Comfort for years but sorned our van in March and the Insurance ran out , tried to reinsure with Comfort from June but they wanted an extra £200 , new policy they said NO said I, if you had told me this back in March when I spoke to you I would have reinsured at that time and original price, so goodbye comfort tried AIB not a good price to expensive and not interested in Wild camping membership , so I reinsured with the CCC , great price good cover but breakdown not good so bought Breakdown elsewhere so all sorted and very much cheaper than Comfort , I was disappointed in Comfort as I had good service over the years but hey ho we parted company.I use Comfort, no issues with price or customer contact for me, no idea what they are like for a claim hope to never find out.
I do like the clause that if the driver is incapacitated then they will deliver the vehicle home, which for us who have wife’s that would rather have teeth pulled than drive is a comfort (forgive the pun..)
I'm really sorry to learn you are having this problem. I can see one of our agents tried to call you yesterday but it rang twice and then hung up, and I've tried again just now and it did the same.
