Advice please, I have a AFERIY Portable Power Station which is connected to two 175 watt solar panels on the roof and Victron.

I don't know what your power station does but most 12 volt charge options are slow and low amps. I would plug the power bank into the 240 from the van inverter and charge that way when drivin. When driving the b2b will be recharging the leisure battery and that will be charing the power bank.
Similare to hen I use a generator to charge my leisure batteries, I don't us ether 12V option, I plug a mains charger in and use that

Thats what I do Neil, recharge using inverter and while on the move, works a treat. And of course, solar panels when parked where possible.
