I would rather use The Jimmy Saville Insurance Group if they existed. You know, someone who is ethical, trustworthy and has the clients interest at heart.

AIB, been with them for three years now excellent to deal with, and reasonable on price. I don’t know about claiming, never made one, but others on here have had no issues when claiming.

Don’t ask Ral for advice, he was daft enough to go to Adrian Flux in the first place. I mean the name alone would most sensible people off.

I would go by price . Shame the OP had bad experience with AF but I've used them more than once and found their customer service really good

Just got off the phone with Fuxx after opening a letter, received this morning, with notice to cancel our insurance. I am now £57.63 lighter, this is on top of the £362.65 initial cost. Why did I pay a further £57.63? Because to cancel would have cost us £162.40.
No complaints with the lass on phone, she was polite and apologetic, my beef is with the company and the way they conduct business, for example, ignoring emails, not answering the phone within what I consider a reasonable time and totally ignoring information sent to them.
By the way, the original extra was going to be £98.80 but was reduced to the £57.63 in consideration of my 'dissatisfaction and upset'. Amazing isn't it how they can change the costs but only after a fuss is made, there again they are not the only insurers who do that.

Anyway, I'll not use them again, they will be added to my ever growing file of weaselling, scamming, ba stweards, along with all solicitors, coppers, thieves and all the other pond life that inhabit vats of excrement. So, read this Fuxx and kiss my hairy ar5e.

Other than that, I'm having a great day.

Just don't go there. Possibly the worse insurers in GB. They never answer the phone. They won't accept NCB's for named drivers. They ignore emails.
They give you a price, it then goes up.

They can go and Adrian Fuxx themselves next time we need insurance.

Sounds like your Flux capacitor has gone Tits up Ral, they were really good at one time I was with them for 3-4 years then it just got silly.
