Adblue consumption

The vehicle we are thinking of is a Fiat Ducato with a 19ltr adblue tank.
Resurrecting this thread as I can't find a more recent one...

So, a data point from our new (in March) Ducato - after 2800 miles the AdBlue warning light has come on. I haven't yet worked out how much it's used, but based on what some others have said, I wonder if it arrives from Fiat and/or the converter full up to start with...

Anyway, next problem is getting the d**m stuff into the tank, as it has a little spring loaded flap half way down the filler which the flexible spout on the 10 litre RedEx branded container doesn't reach, resulting in the AdBlue landing on the ground instead...

Now, I know that you can buy this very neat filler https://smile.amazon.co.uk/Laser-6865-Angled-Filling-Funnel/dp/B072M516M1 for £25, but I'm sure that there must be a cheaper way of hacking it! Or perhaps I should fill up at the lorry pumps as others have suggested?
