A tyre comparison chart for anyone worrying about speedometer variations

That's some big wheels going on there 22.5"

I'm hoping my tyres all wear out a the same rate, then I will change from 185/75/14s to 185/80/14 this will give approx 3% increase in gearing which I feel my Hymer could use. It could probably do with even more but there's a limit to the size of tyres/wheels available.
 
The bigger the profile the better the comfort, go for it.
Speedo's are usually a bit pessimistic anyway, check it out with a satnag or smartphone if you feel a bit nervous.
