A photo of a toilet

This thead reminded me of a photo I took the day after the community run caravan site at Ballater was destroyed by flooding during Storm Frank.

The Toilets in the Old Dun Cow in Darlo town centre looked like that after Rock night back in the 80s even if there wasnt a storm. Actually the one in the photo is better as the actual toilet is intact.

When i was a lad The New Cock Inn, New Cock Yard, Preston had outside urinals for the gents don`t know about the ladies i never went in theirs 🤪

Same with a we pub in Parkgate village when I was a supper of the devils brew, just a wall out the back with a drain below it, Ladies did not go to pubs here.

Not so sure there was any ladies in there Trev but there was females although most of them looked like all in wrestleres o_O

Back 15 + years ago the women's loos in one of the locals was far worse than the blokes, and they weren't good either.
Was a bloody good booza though, troubled, but good.
Posh pub now, £7 a pint, I don't go there anymore. Was better before.

Some of you may have the album.

A remember the loo at my great aunts who had a Croft near Arbroath. The toilet was a wee hut on wheels in the wood behind the Croft. Once a year a new pit was dug and the toilet hut wheeled over it and the soil went in the stinky hole.
