I use supermarket fuel. But add Archoil D-Max fuel synthesis. Don't know if it gives better MPG, don't care, But my engine does run smoother, better throttle response and the PPM emissions have dropped at MOT time.

45 psi normal or 50 psi if carrying bikes on rack. It really is trail and error to get a pressure you are happy with. My rear springs looked a bit flat with 10 psi, recommended pressure when not in use for longer than a week, added 10psi at a time until springs looked right and van sat slightly...

My guess is safest place to keep them out of the van. Can't be nicked , as they held down by a few tons and you not tripping over them in the van. Jobs a good 'un .
