San Sebastian is easily accessible by train from anywhere in the region. We stopped on an ACSI site in Orio, you can wild camp on a carpark underneath the motorway there also. The train station is a short walk away, with frequent trains into San Sebastion
If your phone can accept e sims you could run two sims for data use. I have done this, using ID mobile,got an esim for £10 a month. The other advantage is that if you get another sim on a different network you can pick which network has the best signal.

Is the drip inside the motorhome, or outside the motorhome?If inside it is probably a water heater fault, and needs looked at quickly! If outside it is probably a fault with the water system drain valve.
