Found the ALKO manuals on their site. You don't need a grease machine infact they show a man with a grease gun

The following is from their manual:-

- Rear axle requires lubricating (re-greasing) every 20,000 Km,
or once a year, which ever comes sooner.
The grease nipples are situated at the front or at the bottom of the axle tube (see illustration).
Any of the following grease compounds can be used for greasing the bearings on the axle:
Co. Klüber: Grease GL 1501
Co.CONDA: Grease 3746 SP
or Shell: Retinax LX Grease

Note:
The rear axle must be greased
when the rear axle is not loaded!
Note:
If the vehicle is fitted with AL-KO
Air Suspension, the axle is
maintenance free.

Not a lot, all they have to do is lift the backend and pump grease in, its the sort of job that the apprentice would be given. About 1/2 hours work but they will charge you the hour so 30-70 quid depending upon the garage rate.

Do it yourself. Buy 2x axle stands and a trolly jack and a grease gun. I would say less than £100 quid for the lot. You can do it whenever you want then
