yes that's itIs this it Auto XS 300W Inverter - ALDI UK
If it is i would hard wire it to the battery rather than rely on the crocodile clips :hammer:
yes that's it
i checked out reviews main complaint was leads coming of as mine did, sorted with a crimp, crocodile clips are very flimsy .Some of the reviews are not very good.
:sad::sad::sad:
I have just got a new inverts ,is it faulty .should the fan run from start up this one dose not ? ,When it dose start it runs very slowly no fan noise at all . It's a 300 w from Aldi . thanks
Thanks for replys. I put a 300 w camping hair dryer on worked fine fan come on as people said.Then put my camera battery on charge ,checked after a couple of Hours battery charged but a smell of burning picked up the inverter it went bang van filled with smoke ,burnt out inverter ,got my money back no problem . Lesson learnt.
You can get 12v hair driers,there not fantastic but they do work,a towel uses no lecy and they work very well.
Trev a small gas blow torch and a towel excellent when wilding

Whilst still on the same subject, my inverter fan never switches on.
It is a Nikkai 300w, use it for charging cordless razor, laptop, phones & torches. Sometimes, all at once. It can get quite hot, at which stage I unplug it.
I've a feeling the fan may be faulty. Has anyone an idea how I can test it??.
