I have been reading<yes i can> about how bad some of the pyramid type toast racks are useless but lots say these are the bees knees and also the toasted sarny maker on ebay.
Toast tray highlander 281981620884 and sarny maker aura 221902159945.
I have ordered the toast maker ,any folk on here with one.
 
No but anybody who cuts toast or bread into those silly triangles should be shot. Sunday breakfast and the wife cuts toast into triangles try putting an egg or a sausage on that's verging impossible

Its not tryangle toast but the thing thats put over burner with 3/4 sides standing up you silly billy,im told these are rubbish but above ones good.

Trevor I've got used one ,about £4/5 it cost done the job after a while ,mines has a round base with holes in it but ok I suppose.
 
I have 3 that I use in the van
A Diablo toaster that you basically put a cheese sarnie in and hold it over a gas ring.
Then I have two square cast iron sandwich toaster one with a short handle again for gas ring or a frontier stove and one with a long handle for campfires.
At the Brandon meet we made toasties for all who wanted them we had s production line going.

That's right Anne you gave my tylor one it's brill we use it all the time even over gas cooker in house thanks again.

I missed out again. Havn't had a cheese toastie in ages, usually cos I end up making em for everyone else and get mine last.;);) Nice with a splash of Worcester sauce.
 
Every night about the same time somebody posts something about food and after a couple of posts ye start thinking im Hungary could go a cuppa and some toast right now magic I've no willpower. Now where did I poot that nice cheese

Dam spell checker as if being dyslexic isent bad enough you've got to figure out this spell checker cr.p.

can't do a cheese sarni in them contraptions but you can on a frying pan, no oil, just put the cheese sarni in the hot pan ,burn both sides, the cheese melts , lovely
 
I have ordered the mesh highlander at about 7 bucks tho the sarny maker looks good but think i may never use so wont bother,just type in highlander toast maker ebay it should come up.

purchased mine from one of the cheapy shops (im tight) 1 pound.........damn good value.........also have the other one from tenting days years ago. its still going strong. both do the job, of luverly jubly comforting toast.

For the egg,just use a triangular frying pan
