Nearly new member here needs some help!
We have a 2007 McLouis motorhome, stopped charging leisure battery. Charger had failed and that has been replaced but we don't have any acknowledgment from the control panel (doesn't even show that mains are plugged into the vehicle).
Any recommendations from the forum please?

you say you have had the system replaced, by who??and if it was working before why not now?? take it back to the people that have replaced the unit and explain what is going on!:cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1:

I hate to say this, but have you unplugged all the cables from the back of the panel and reconnected them? It's worked on my swift panel a few times and the computers at work.

Perhaps I should have put more info into my original contribution!
This thing has Nordelettronica equipment (Italian), charger (mounted under the drivers seat, at front), seperate fuse board and stuff (mounted under the rear of the drivers seat) plus a stand alone control panel.
I have been in touch with Portable Power Technology Ltd & the concensus was that the charger had failed. They supplied a replacement for me to try and we now have charge into the battery and power at the fuses but no switching possible at the control panel, therefore the indication is control panel fault (cheaper option than the fuse board etc). Problem I have is that PPT have established that Nordelettronica have an agreement to only supply the panel via SEA-Camper Italy (McLouis) but the don't appear to have agents in the UK.
Telstar, thanks but tried that!

A@N Caravan services are an excellent company to deal with and have a good reputation.

Just thought I'd give an update on this.
Haven't been able to commit much time to resolving this problem but went out this morning to give it a few expletives and would you Adam & Eve it, we're back in business, no prob's.
It's still hooked up to mains and we have 13.8v going into the hab. battery.
I can only assume disturbing something has improved a connection somewhere in the control panel/signal panel area. So, it looks like Telstar was right!! Just for luck I had unplugged and re-connected everything again, just in case.
I guess it prove's these things need to be used not left sitting around doing nothing.

Glad it sorted :hammer: it`s nice when members pop back into their thread and update any fix / progress they`ve made
