I have my van insurance with AIB and was looking for European breakdown cover for this year , just wondered if anyone had experience of the AIB breakdown cover

Just insured with AIB, it gives me 180 days comprehensive insurance and breakdown cover for European travel which is sufficient for me. Better than my existing policy which gave only 90 days on breakdown with individual trips of no more than 31 days. Worth asking them for a quote as they seem to be quite speedy.

hi joined aib last may. broke down in france blow out front tyre /////// 20 mins recovery truck arrived recoverd to tyre depo 2 new front tyres on my way in 1 hr 30mins happy chappy:mad1::hammer:

When I insured my MH with AIB I noticed after they sent me the docs that breakdown cover was include in the price! Have you checked/inquired with them?
