In the market for an Inverter.

I recently bought from Maplins a 600 watt inverter and it is OK, but I want one that s at least 1000 watt continuous , I saw this one and wondered if any one has had any experience of it or if any one has any recomendations as to which one to buy and where from Please.

that looks ok i dont know your use etc but if its for camper etc i would go down the everything 12v use inverters use alot of power off lesuire battery, thier is not much now you cannot use 12v

I brought a 1000 watt ordinary inverter off ebay Approx £50 18months ago and it works just fine, we use it regularly with slow cooker. we also have a cheap 150 watt inverter which I paid about £12 two years ago for our 240 volt tv and still going strong.

I have this one from Maplins. Bought in on special for £90 a few years back

Does everything. Can't fault it, but standby does use fair power so only use it when needed and have 150w inverter or 12V converters for other tasks.

We just bought a 1000w inverter from Maplins for £129, paid cash and got a £10 off as well, can't complain at that.
