Stourhead & layby

Hi, we had a trip over to stourhead this morning & enjoyed the two mile walk round the garden & lakes.

For survey purposes only I tried out the large bacon bap with a mug of coffee in the restaurant afterwards,definitely recommended

I do not normally submit a layby for an overnight, but this one is fairly isolated & has great views to wake up to.

I know I have just checked my latest overnights & noticed it sorrrreeeeeeeeeee.

But the bacon bap is still recommended.

a good pub for food is not far away and may be they may allow overnighting youl have to ask its called the bull inn about a mile westwards
