It may not appear so, but that voltage is rather low for a Lithium Battery and would suggest a low state of charge rather than the 72% the BMV indicates.
that would also tie up with what the inverter is doing, going on and off when you plug something in, because the voltage sags under load and goes below the threshold. (When the battery has an ok level of charge, the voltage sag is quite small, but when it is very low, the sag becomes much bigger).
To check, keep an eye on that Victron display and plug in this camping kettle and see what the voltage changes to. The default voltage for the inverter to switch off is around 10.8V, so if you see it dropping below that, the Multiplus will turn off, which will allow the voltage to rise again, then it will switch back on and then voltage will drop with the kettle, etc, etc.
With this weather we are getting, I would have thought you would be getting some good solar charging? What is the solar showing for current out of the controller? Have you still got that fridge running which sounded like it was quite a hungry power hog, if I remember right?
Be happy to discuss this later on today but right now will be hitting the road shortly (heading to the Green Frog in Moffat).
