I have to say they replied quickly enough when I used the "contact us" option on the app. That was in the early phase of the problems though, they've probably been inundated since thenThe useless b’stards don’t answer emails sent to them. I’ll have to get my cc company to cancel the subscription that they show ended the day after I subscribed.
