Posh watch

I've suddenly got one of those posh watches that seem to do everything except brew up, it even has a camera built in, at my age I can't even use a posh mobile telephone, so can anyone give it a home ?

I still have my 21st birthday Seiko auto watch, plus another that I bought a few years ago from a charity shop, this posh watch is a misguided fathers day gift from our son ( bless 'im )
ps I'm 80 in a couple of weeks time, so I suppose it's now an antique !!!!

Dependant on the watch type it should be easy enough to sell.

Perhaps you should state make and model.

I love mine, it’s great for many things but I still prefer my old Rolex when not travelling.

With a smart watch Trev you don’t need a mobile phone, all works on the watch.

Time/phone/sat nav/ emails/text messages etc…. Don’t even carry my wallet pay with the watch.

I watch magnet fishing videos on youtube and there was one from Australia at a place where young daredevils jump off rocks into a lake. The magnet fishers quickly got a big haul of smart watches, go pro cameras and assorted jewellery. They were able to return the watches and cameras to some of the owners because they were still working.

3) Control Panel
4) Alde panel
5) Microwave
6) TV
7) Dash Cam
8) Sat Nav
9) Laptop
10) Tablet

Then we get in the van...
11) My Wristwatch
12) My Phone
13 SWMBO Wristwatch
14) SWMBO Phone

I suspect I've forgotten one or two !

My question is who has got the lowest number ?

Nothing wrong with Lorus Trev they are made by Seiko. I will leave the phone at home anytime but not my watch.

Does a watch or clock that's set to the wrong time count or not?
We have :-
Clock on the combi oven.....wrong time.
Clock on the main oven....wrong time.
Clock in the lounge.... wrong time.
Clock in the bedroom 1 HR out..... wrong time.
Several watches that never get worn.....all wrong time
Clock in the car 1 hour out.... wrong time.
Clock on the van dash 1 hour out....wrong time.
Clock on the van control panel..... wrong time.
Clock on the MPPT....wrong time.
Just my phone, Kim's phone and the bedside van clock that's correct.

That is up to you...

The Balmoral Hotel is a 10 storey building adjacent to Waverly Railway Station in Edinburg,
It has a large clock tower with mupltiple clock faces so it can be seen form many directions.

Traditionally, from 1902, it has always been kept 3 minutes fast to ensure that people don’t miss their train.

The only exception each year is on 31st December (Hogmanay) for celebrating the incoming New Year at midnight.
