Is it possible to fit a scooter carrier and a bike rack to the rear of a large motorhome. We need to carry both with us but have not got a garage due to an island bed.

The simple answer is YES!
The not so simple is the fitting of... We have a Fiamma cycle rack fitted to the rear wall, if you have lockers over the bed; fit the top mounts this high, then with the locker doors closed you won't see the spreader plates, nuts and covers - in fact once the lockers have pants & shirts stuffed in you don't see any of the fittings!
Scooter racks tend to be towbar mounted, our Winne had a Reece socket so my scooter rack was designed around that.
Just remember to check you don't overload the rear axle weight/loading, and check the rear tyre load index as well. My 96kg scooter added well over 100kg once the law of levers (overhang of body and towbar from centre line of rear axle) came into force plus fuel tank etc.

Here is a picture of a 120Kgs motorbike rack. I am certain you can insert a bycycle rack along side of the motorbike channel. This particular rack in the picture comes with a 2nd channel, identical to the channel the boxes are sitting on. You may have to reposition the channels along side of each other. I think there is enough room to do it. You will have to make a makeshift ramp as the 2nd channel is the actual ramp.

We have a scooter rack on the back. But with me living here in Spain i had to get one that could be approved by the police the one i ordered from England they would not approve lucky for me as i gave it to a friend and on the first trip one of the arms snapped, the one we have from a German maker you would not know its there. I would find a good company take your van there to see it and ask what they recommend dont just order of the internet you might end up with a load of c--p like me.

An unequivocal "yes" might be a bit unwise because there are a couple of reasons why it may not be possible or practical.
* Adding anything on the back of a vehicle that already at maximum overhang may make the whole rig illegal in some countries, depending on how the 60% rule is applied.
* There may not be a chassis within a metre or so of the back so may be impractical to extend the structure to provide a strong enough mounting for an extra 200kg that far back.
* adding that much weight that far back may cause the rear axle to be overloaded so the vehicle axles and rear suspension might need an upgrade to comply.
* just that much extra weight, regardless of where it is, might make the whole vehicle overweight.
* Steering might be a bit iffy
* traction might also be more than iffy if it is a front-wheel drive vehicle
* etc etc etc

PS. the rack in my earlier pic is a 'Hope rack-n-roll' which i sold 2 years ago when the Hymer had to go. I have since managed to buy another one recently but they are as rare as hens teeth.
