It really doesn't matter which brand or style you go for; they all have issues of one sort or another sooner or later with appliances, perhaps the later Bailey range if you can reach it, as they are not built without any wood, so no chance of rot. It's possible to get a leak, but find the source and seal it.

I was put off the Bailey because the one I was looking at whilst it had no timber above floor level (lots of vans don't now) the floor was still timber and the issue with the model I looked at was the outer skirts. They could leak water into the floor which could rot and you wouldn't know without ripping the skirts off.

The Swift I have now has no timber in it either and a similar design but no dodgy skirts and way more storage than the Bailey. I was also put off them as they are too wide. Wouldn't fit on our drive.
