My post in response to a query whether there was somerthing sinister going on with European Fuel prices was referred for moderation a week ago; no further action, but I have an unactioned PM saying it is still under consideration. It obviously will be deleted or removed, but it it ridiculous that there is no decision after 7 days, despite my response further down the Thread asking for the referred Reply to be deleted.

Better start saving for a birthday card for the Reply ...

I'm guessing the moderation has been referred to Phil, he was listed on the Stoneleigh show guide, so I wonder if it's been forgotten about, maybe message him. One of mine took about a day to be resolved, but it does go in the thread at the original posting time, so have you checked back that far?

There is presently nothing awaiting moderation. Once the AI has done its thing (it’s usually right now) it’s almost always checked within a day.
Undoubtedly the best way to avoid posts being deleted is to comply with the terms and conditions that we all signed up to. https://wildcamping.co.uk/help/terms/
I believed that I had complied - I merely used a reference to the French & Spanish more robust approach to price rises to answer the 'sinister' query.
No matter.

Mine was pulled for " you get what you vote for". I have also asked for a response.

Behave yourselves ............................ you naughty, naughty boys o_O :)

I spanked myself several times with a damp copy of Naughty Boys Monthly and that taught me a lesson.

Message and ask the question. I had one that went in limbo but when I queried it Phil replied to say the AI was still being fine tuned, mine was ok and was released. Not saying your is ok or not but better to ask than post here where ones who can say may not see it :)

Post has long since lost its relevance, Neil, as have I; the 'fine tuning' needs a major overhaul if the AI can leave a referral hanging in the breeze for a week. Poor.

I'm not a great lover of moderation TBH, we're all adults, with a few exceptions and should be able to do it ourselves, politics and religion can be difficult, so I do tend not to bother with those, don't care about one and have little influence over the other, but the AI version is IMHO a bit OTT sometimes, and is ruining the flow of some threads and limits/kills the start of others.

Are we so out of control that we need it to be AI, which is proving to be anything but intelligent?

I agree Puds.

If you mention a PollyTishuns name it goes to moderation and AI comes up with some crap that has no relevance to the pulled thread. It did in my case anyway with the 'Tonight Mathew...' joke where Paul had red tissue paper on his head. The AI was babbling on about some obscure programme from years ago.
I wonder if AI will flag 'my wife went into lay boor this morning and had a baby'?

I just got another one. I tried to avoid it being political, but it got pulled straight away. I took a screenshot first, though.
