The layout is pretty good, not sure about the bathroom basin, I'd remove that, too intrusive I think.

I'd reupholster the cab and lounge seating, not sure about the price for a 8 year old 100k miles, it should be in the £20 k range, But that will due to Motorhomedepots commision boosting it too high.

Looks alright that Kev. Nice rear lounge PVC. It says it has a shower but I can't see one in the pics.

Nice but i never seen the point in sofas in the van unless you want to live in it 24/7.
Very little room between the shisenhous and kitchen unit.

Go up to North Cape in December when it gets light at 11am and dark at 1 pm and you'll appreciate a sofa, couple of cushions too. :)

Hardly in my van unless driving or asleep, but I do see the value in a comfy sofa.

Just cause it has a shower tray don't mean it has a shower. :p 😂

Pretty sure that's an extendable rose on the tap.

Its like a wet room: close the door, pull out the mixer tap, and Bob's yr uncle. We had one in our old Geist Matterhorn. Only trouble is the toilet seat gets wet so need mopping down afterwards.
