Hi folks, filled out the form but....after uploading the V5 it won't let me continue further to pay. No indication why apart from I put the VIN down as serial number or perhaps I am wrong. Any body offer any clues as to why it won't let me continue...I have tried several times and am stumped

All done...just used phone and it went through just fine.

Presumably some security/privacy setting on the original device used was blocking it.

Its a Mac Pro but who knows TJ...all done now

I remember having issues like this! Our critair is now so faded ( 7 yrs old) that I may have to get a new one...unless they give out free replacements?

The serial number is the vehicle registration

It wouldn't let me upload the V5 on my PC, I had to photograph it on my phone, then it went straight through

I got mine 5 years ago along with the German Umweltplakette - Both good as new in their envelopes . These continentals know how to make things last

Fitted my new one last week, it took 3 weeks to arrive from France and when it did, it was soaking wet! Parts of it peeled off when separating it to fix on the screen, never had that problem with the Guinness 'Tax' disc

Been through quite a few "clean air zones" this trip. So suppose it is ok...just see the reg and the barcode and faintly yellow..it's all the sunshine we get on our trips!

I note on google maps now I get notified of Clean air REGION covering almost a whole department of France now., rather then just a city
