My MH is parked up at moment in Spain ready for me to start loading it up for our tour of Morocco in two days and although the green switch lights up, the fridge light comes on, the rear of the fridge gets warm and the thermostat is turned up full the fridge interior is not cold and the freezer is not freezing.
I have also tried the same using the gas. The yellow light stops flashing when I press the igniters. Fridge gets warm at rear but inside still not cold. Could it be as simple as the fact that unfortunately my parking space is on a hill and therefore the fridge is not level?

They are sensitive to tilting, so don't start kicking it until you try it on the level.

these fridges can be quite sensitive to level, some worse then others,i read some insructions once that it had to be within 3 degrees of level !.get it level and if the flame's burning nice and blue and it still won't cool you may have a problem.is there enough ventilation at the back, cos if it's pretty warm weather that won't help and you may need to help it with a couple of computer fans at the top vent

If it is way out of level, best to turn it off until you can move the MH because prolonged operation as it is can cause serious damage.

sorry mate, had to ask.if a 3 way fridge works on any of the 3 heating elements then the coolant is ok. then just a case of pinning down the problem. gas heating needs to be more or less level and a continuity test on the 2 wires going to the two electric elements will tell you if they're ok.no continuity=knackered

We had this trouble with our fridge and was advised to take it out and turn it upside down for 24 hours, then turn it the right way up and leave for another 24 hours. We did this and it's been working ever since. It's worth trying before going to the expense of getting a new one.

Some fridges are sensitive to level, my Dometic/Electrolux RM43xx isn't!
If it gets hot on teh back, check door seals.
If the pipework gets really hot, and doesn't work on 240v or gas (and you confirm the heater is working on both) - and you are level - can only be coolant gas can't it?
